Spiritual Day

Hannah Smith - Wednesday, April 09, 2014

As a school, we are looking forward to celebrating Easter on Friday during our ‘Spiritual Day’.

Each class will enjoy researching the Easter story and presenting it in a creative way. To follow this up we will be walking to the church in the afternoon and enjoying an Easter service with Father Daniel.

Throughout the day, children will be encouraged to be kind and thoughtful to others and consider how they are / can be a good friend. As part of this, we will be encouraging children to increase their feeling of self-worth during a spiritual session where bible stories will be read.
