Break Time Snacks

Hannah Smith - Friday, November 11, 2016

Break Time Snacks

As a school, we teach children to be as healthy as possible. This includes thinking about the type of foods they should be eating.  Therefore, we encourage children to bring fruit as a break time snack rather than cereal bars or fruit winders. We also ensure that children have plenty of water to drink in the day rather than fizzy or sugary drinks.  We are sure, as parents you will support this and ensure your child is sent to school with appropriate drinks and snacks.

Book Fair

Hannah Smith - Friday, November 11, 2016

Book Fair
Before the half term holiday, we ran a book fair where pupils and parents were able to purchase fantastic books to add to their collections at home. We raised £366 at the book fair which gives the school £106 to spend on free books for school! Thank you to all who supported us!

Cross Country

Hannah Smith - Friday, November 11, 2016

Cross Country
A bitterly cold Bradfield School was the venue for the latest cross country race of the season. Even our new flag  couldn't cope with the harsh winds sweeping across the grounds. A large congratulations to the children that braved the temperatures to race in probably the longest race of the year. Especially for the year 5/6, when they thought the course had been completed, another
exhausting lap of the track awaited them!
Well done to all those who ran !

Sharp System for Y4,5,6

Hannah Smith - Friday, September 09, 2016

Y4, 5 & Y6 have been reminded of our Sharp Website which is a reporting system for anti-social behaviour and bullying.  When using the Sharp System, the children can make a report informing Miss Smith about any incidents of bullying or anti social behaviour, including cyber bullying. Incidents from both inside and outside of school can be reported and Miss Smith will decide on the appropriate action.
