The Lifecycle of a Caterpillar

Our children in foundation stage have been observing the lifecycles of caterpillars! They have their very own class set where they have been writing a diary about the changes each week and thinking of questions to investigate.

They were particularly fascinated about the webbing that the caterpillars have generated, and they have researched into why they create them. They have found out that they are the perfect deterrent from possible dangers.
