Vaccinations

Nasal flu vaccinations are being offered in school for all 

year groups on Tuesday 15th October. If you would like
your child to receive the vaccination, an online consent
form is required. This can found on the following link:

If you have any problems accessing the link please
telephone 0333 358 3397. The link will close on Thursday
10th October and only children with consent forms w 10th October ill
receive the vaccination.
