Coronation Celebrations

We have all been practising a range of different skills this week when creating our very own crowns! We can't wait to show you them when we sing to celebrate King Charles III's coronation. Each class focussed on the concept of structures and discussed different materials and shapes they could use to create their own crown. In KS2, we discussed and investigated different ways to strengthen the structure using corrugated card and a layered approach. All the staff were mightily impressed with the efforts of all the children!
