Many year groups have been celebrating fieldwork fortnight this week, focussing on geographical skills in our local environment. Year 3 have been taking part in litter surveys in the local area, looking for patterns in what types of litter there is. Year 4 have been using colour charts to match to a range of items in our school grounds to identify popular colours in nature and the impact of colour of key processes like pollination. Their observational skills have definitely been put to the test, but they have all relished in the challenge!
